Tbbaji Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using

Tbbaji (referred to as "we", "the platform", or "the site") is an internationally licensed online gaming and Sports Betting service. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between tbbaji and its users.

Each individual may hold only one tbbaji account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person or household from the same device is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in all accounts being closed and any deposited funds being forfeited.

Tbbaji is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Registration or use by minors is completely prohibited. If a user is found to have created an account using a false age, the account will be immediately closed and any winnings will be forfeited.

The following individuals are not permitted to use tbbaji:

• Any individual under the age of 18
• Tbbaji employees and their immediate family members
• Residents of countries where online gaming is fully prohibited
• Individuals who have been legally prohibited from gaming by a court order

All financial transactions on tbbaji are processed through designated payment methods. Users must ensure that the payment account they use is registered in their own name.

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (Mobile Banking)
• All deposited funds must be from legitimately earned sources
• Betting with credit or borrowed funds is strongly discouraged
• Tbbaji is not responsible for failed deposits — please contact your payment provider directly

Withdrawal Rules:

• KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit
• Tbbaji reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals in cases of suspected suspicious activity
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn

Tbbaji regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with specific terms that must be strictly followed.

General Bonus Terms:

• Accepting a bonus automatically applies the associated wagering requirements
• Withdrawing bonus funds typically requires meeting a wagering requirement of 1x to 30x
• Bonus validity is generally 7 to 30 days
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once
• Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being suspended

Bonus Cancellation Conditions:

• If the wagering requirement is not met before the expiry date, the bonus will be forfeited
• Any breach of terms will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings
• Claiming bonuses using false information will result in account closure

The following rules apply to all bets placed on tbbaji. Violations may result in bet cancellation or account action.

Bet Acceptance:

• A bet is only confirmed once the system displays a confirmation message
• Incomplete bets due to network issues will not be accepted
• Use of third-party betting software is strictly prohibited

Reasons for Bet Cancellation:

• If a match is cancelled or postponed
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error
• In cases of suspected fraud or match fixing
• If a bet is placed based on incorrect information

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tbbaji. Any violation will result in immediate account closure and, where applicable, legal action.

• Using the platform for money laundering or any form of illegal financial activity
• Using bots, scripts, or automation tools for betting
• Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts (bonus abuse)
• Attempting to hack, phish, or carry out any form of cyber attack
• Exploiting platform bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage
• Fraudulent conduct toward other users
• Participation in match-fixing or manipulation

Tbbaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, for any reason. Action is typically taken in the following circumstances:

• Terms violations or suspicious activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)
• User's own request

Upon account closure, any valid balance will be refunded; however, bonuses or funds obtained through fraudulent activity are non-refundable.

Tbbaji handles the collection, storage, and use of users' personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your data is never sold to third parties.

However, information may be disclosed in the following circumstances:

• In response to a valid request from legal authorities
• When required for fraud investigation

• Permanent Exclusion: You can permanently close your account at any time

Tbbaji is not liable for any losses arising from the following circumstances:

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment systems
• Losses resulting from sharing your account login credentials with others
• If the service is shut down due to a government-imposed restriction
• Force majeure (natural disasters, war, etc.)

However, we will always make every effort to protect our users' interests and resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Tbbaji may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be announced on the website and communicated to registered email addresses.

Updated terms take effect 7 days after the changes are published. Continued use of the platform during this period will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
